SENSIHydraulic Control Butterfly Valve is the key control equipment currently used at the inlet of the turbine. It has good sealing and regulating performance. The valve is a new product developed by the company in recent years. It has carefully investigated various domestic and foreign similar products. And research, created a unique liquid control butterfly valve with three eccentricity as the basic structure type. After field application, the operating system runs well. In addition to the advantages of the three eccentric structure, the butterfly valve has the following obvious advantages and features.


1. The driving system of the valve is a medium-pressure two-stage driving device. The device has a small volume and the butterfly valve opening and closing speed has a large regulation range. The initial opening section is a high-pressure small-flow control, so that the butterfly valve is instantaneously opened, without violent fluctuations, completely eliminated. The water hammer in the system will be hidden, and then the faster angular velocity will be cut. The hydraulic cylinder will smoothly open the disc at the set ideal thrust and speed.

2. The installation position of the butterfly valve is usually horizontal and horizontal, and the reasonable position of the disc off position allows the butterfly board to fully utilize the dynamic water torque in the pipeline to drive the smooth closing of the butterfly plate. The installation position of the valve will reflect the dynamic water torque and weight. The combined effect of the hammer moment, with the gradual completion of the closing angle, the hydrodynamic torque will tend to decrease, and the weight of the hammer will make the closing moment slow and smooth, thus strictly eliminating the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon, zero leakage The sealing effect will be reliably achieved in this reasonably tight control system.

3. The valve's electro-hydraulic control system has a remote control function. The opening and closing of the disc at any speed and the locking at any position can be easily realized by various types of hydraulic control valves.

4. This valve is equipped with a manual oil pump that normally closes or opens the butterfly valve when the system is powered off.
