All valves are executed by quality control systems, reliable inspection tools and trained QC workers, and SENSI personnel maintain the highest level of quality for their customers.
Internal quality control equipment for impact testing, hardness testing, tensile testing, chemical composition and mechanical properties laboratories.
1. Valve raw material control: visual and dimensional inspection, PMI, wall thickness, impact test, if required, NDE such as PT, UT, MT, RT.
2. Valve assembly machine process inspection: dimensional inspection, machining surface and part material inspection, special requirements such as NDE test according to order requirements.
3. Valve assembly and performance check: Each valve is tested for hydraulic and air test performance according to the requirements of the order standard.

Special quality CONTORL request
According to customer requirements, special requirements for impact test, radio pattern test RT, low fugitive emission test, high temperature, low temperature and fire safety can be completed.
Low temperature testing: Low temperature and high temperature laboratory facilities, low temperature or high temperature testing according to order requirements. Test the valve to a low temperature test at a low temperature test -196 ° C or -538 ° C high temperature
